Alexander’s has had the opportunity in the past week, to be the hole sponsor at two golf tournaments taking place in surrounding areas.The first one was at the Talon Cove course in Saratoga Springs, and the second was at Sleepy Ridge Golf course in Orem.
We had a canopy, and implemented some Large Format Printing to create banners to go along the sides of the canopy.
As part of our set-up, we had a friendly competition going for the Golfer’s. As they waited to golf their turn, they had the chance to ‘Chip it, to win it!’ There was a hole cut through the side of the banner. Each Golfer had 3 chances to try and chip the ball through the hole.
All contestants who succeeded in hitting it through were entered into a drawing for Golf Paraphernalia–golf bag, driver, golf balls, Skycaddie etc.
No one went away empty handed though, even if a ball was not chipped through, golfers were given a granola bar and a t-shirt. Everyone’s a winner at Alexander’s!
Many people were entered into the drawing, and the day was a success.
